With this document, Frattin Auto S.R.L (hereinafter the Company) owner of the Sitehttps://frattinyachting.it hereinafter also the “Site”, intends to give notice of the way the site is managed in relation to the processing and protection of the personal data of the subjects (users) who navigate it.

In any case, revocation of consent to processing does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before revocation. The data subject also has the right to data portability.
